If you’d like to get fitter, stronger, more mobile or more athletic, I’d love to help.
Based in my garden studio on Kew Road, I have the equipment, expertise and experience to guide you through your health and fitness journey. Having spent years working at one of West London’s most exclusive health clubs, alongside a background in teaching, I aim to offer something a little different from the stereotypical personal training experience. Sessions are dynamic, challenging and enjoyable, but education is always central to what I do. I want you to leave every session understanding your body a little better than when you arrived.
My approach has also been shaped by my own experiences. Despite being active and sporty throughout my life, I have never been blessed with the ‘perfect’ body for training. I have always been significantly hypermobile through my hips and shoulders, which has required me to learn how to build strength, stability and resilience around joints that naturally move more than they should. I also live with Crohn’s disease, a long-term inflammatory condition that has taught me first-hand that health and fitness are rarely straightforward.
These experiences have given me a deep appreciation that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Every person arrives with a unique combination of goals, strengths, limitations, injuries, medical conditions, lifestyle demands and life experiences. What works brilliantly for one person may be entirely inappropriate for another.
As a result, I pride myself on providing truly personalised coaching. Whether you’re managing an injury, recovering from surgery, living with a medical condition, lacking confidence in the gym, or simply looking to perform at a higher level, my focus is always on finding what you can do rather than dwelling on what you can’t. There is almost always a way forward.
Training outside also allows Personal Training to be genuinely personal. There are no crowds, no waiting for equipment and no distractions. Instead, we can focus entirely on helping you achieve your goals in a private, supportive environment.
The only question is… what are you waiting for?
